• Hatzalah also engages in extensive safety and accident prevention programs directly, and through its affiliate, the Torah Safety Commission.
• Many cereal boxes and milk containers have sidebars with safety messages.
• Ads are placed in papers during the year to remind people of seasonal safety hazards.
• Brochures are distributed in many venues on subjects such as: burn prevention, summer safety, babysitting, and swimming safety.
• Posters are placed in community centers and summer vacation spots
• Safe driving is a major concern that is constantly reinforced.
• Safety standards have been established for camps and bungalow colonies and swimming pools.
